NICO'S 7TH BIRTHDAY:

For me there are 3 indicators of a REALLY fun children's party: 1) your child remembers it way long after the party; 2) the kids didn't want to go home because they were having so much fun; 3) the adult guests thank you for preparing such a "relaxing" party (because they did not have to attend too much to their kids who were all engrossed in playing). I got all these in the BOUNCE party we had for our son. Indeed, it was worth it …. ! Now, our second son wants his own BOUNCE party!!!!! -Paz Baquiran

But best of all, thank you for taking away from me and Joey the headaches and hardwork of planning a birthday party. Your service does not come not only with a smile but with the genuine intention of making life easy for your customer (and that goes for all your staff too!). It is really going that extra mile for your client. I will never forget the help you gave us when we were looking a refrigerator that can accommodate Ira's birthday cake, Maloy texting me that she found purple balloons to suit my Barney theme party and helping us layout the design for the tarpaulin of Ira. YUAN'S 4TH BIRTHDAY:

I was planning the 4th birthday party of my son and I said to myself, I wanted something different but fun and exciting. I went to different party organizers, but couldn't really find what I was looking for, until I came across an ad in our village newspaper, which read... "Tired of the usual parties? Want something different but fun and exciting? Try Bounce!" Of course, I inquired and attended the opening. To say we had fun was an understatement. We had a great time! So the next day, I booked my son's party for January 2006. No regrets! His party was different - fun, exciting, and all the kids had a great time! It was an unforgettable experience! SUPER! We love Bounce so much, we keep on coming back. -Marge de la Rosa

SAM'S 2ND BIRTHDAY:

It was fate that I couldn't get a clubhouse venue for my daughter's birthday since every venue was already reserved months in advance. A friend just casually mentioned that there was a new place in Pasig, Bounce, that accepted parties. Made an appointment to see the venue and we immediately booked it that day. The place is huge although when we saw it that day the venue was bare, except for the bouncers, since there was no party at that time but I knew the place had serious potential. On the day of the party, the place became very festive! The drapes in place hanging from the roof were different colors, the banderitas were colourful as well and the extra 100 balloons I bought were hanged with the banderitas creating a party atmosphere! Bounce also created a computerized listing of our guests and they had someone ready infront to usher them in after registering. They had at least 3 party marshals on the Bounce set to take care of the kids, enforce the rules in the use of the bouncers (no jumping head first, no jewelry etc) and to assist the kids in the use of the equipment. When the program was about to start, the marshals would bring all the kids out and cordon the bounce area so that the kids get to participate in the games and shows too. But as soon as the program was done or breaks were declared, they would immediately open the play area again to let kids have free play. It was done in a very organized manner that the kids were able to enjoy the bouncers and still be able to join in the games and watch the shows. I cannot say enough praises for Rich and Maloy and their whole staff. They went so out-of-their-way to help us out in everything - planning, looking for a cake supplier, setting up the venue and organizing the guests. They consulted us on every revision in the details like additional electricity, additional chairs, extra slide and immediately sent us an updated item-for-item list so that we were always on track wherever I was at that time. They were always thoughtful when it came to costs, always suggesting just the right thing, never once did I feel na nalalamangan ako. Really professional. In fact, my cake supplier was just referred to me by Rich since no one at that time that I knew could make the Elmo cake or those who could were out of my budget. But the biggest help they did was in the setting up with my party organizer. They really coordinated everything, space, where to put this and that, how to hang the backdrops, how to run the program to maximize the bouncers etc. Grabe! For the first time, I was able to just sit down and watch, even during the preparations. I was just asked and said yes or no but that was it. Hay! Sulit! -Rubai Dizon

MAXINE'S FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY:

On July 2, 2006, we celebrated MAXINE's, our daughter's, first birthday in BOUNCE. We all had a good time. We got positive reactions from our guests saying that their kids enjoyed playing in the big bouncers and some didn't even want to leave. Considering we didn't have any programs to entertain the kids, the big bouncers and the games that were all around the place were enough to keep all the kids busy. Parents also enjoyed because they had time to play with their kids but they complained because they got tired jumping and following their kids who were running around the whole place. The people in BOUNCE were very accommodating. I gave birth to our second child a week before the party. Even if I tried to fix everything ahead of time there were still some things that I was not able to fix, the staff were always ready to help out and do everything they can to make it easier for me. Even if I had a hard time because I was still recuperating, they were a big help in making Maxine's first birthday a memorable event. -Chris & Monica Quimpo
